Meet The Team

Terry Averill
Principal
Terry has a love for historical buildings, theater, and his chow, Chester. We like to think of him more as a chameleon when it comes to design. He loves working directly with clients to create one-of-a-kind spaces that reflect the client's personality and desires with his own twist.

Carolina Steen.
Architectural Designer
Carolina is a Licensed Architect in Chile and is presently studying to become a Licensed Architect in the United States as well. Her greatest challenges have been learning to work within American culture and the English language. Also, these challenges include using American mathematical standards, building materials and technologies in the design process. She finds that the variations between the American and Chilean architectural and construction technics make the overall design process challenging and very exciting. She spends her free time traveling to Ohio to visit her in-law, studying architecture, practicing yoga, and exploring the Annapolis area with her husband.
