Our property here is Eastport is zoned WME. We completely redid the 100yr old residence and built a 2 story(+mezzanine) maritime commercial building for my yacht interior business. Terry was very much on top of all the details necessary for our variance, critical area requirements and every step of construction. And... we absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the final results... our little piece of heaven!
Terry has designed and overseen two projects for us: a beautiful 2 car garage with a second-floor one-bedroom apartment and a beautiful new screened porch including seamlessly enclosing the old screen porch to create a wonderful morning room with lots of windows and details to match existing details in our house.

I am so grateful to Terry Averill for designing an addition to our 1947, 1005-sq-foot home that brought it to 1500-sq feet and added a big kitchen, a pantry, and an upstairs bedroom, full bath, and laundry room. I didn't think I had the funds to accommodate all that, but he helped identify a builder in my price range - and it all worked out great! I'm a writer, and I took notes during the whole process, thinking I'd write an article about all the things that went wrong. But nothing went wrong. Terry does great work.
